Nigeria: Voter Registration - Observers Worry Over Faulty DDC Machines

With just five days to the end of the ongoing voter registration exercise, Project 2011 Swift Count, an independent monitoring group, has said that the exercise was being undermined by the problems of non-functioning Direct Data Capture (DDC) machines and shortages of crucial materials.
