Secretary of State Clinton's assertion that the United States "did not lead" is belied by the large role the United States played in launching an UN-sanctioned strikes on Libyan leader Moammar Gaddafi's military capabilities. U.S. warships fired more than 110 Tomahawk missiles into Libyan territory
